Do I need to provide access to water and electricity?

Accepted Answer

No. While access to water and electricity is appreciated, it's not required. If we need to provide our own water and power, a 30$ mobile setup fee will apply.

Our website lists starting prices for each service. Every vehicle is unique. The final price depends on your vehicle's size, condition, and the amount of time and work required. Before we begin, we'll inspect the vehicle and confirm the final price with you - no surprises.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

Absolutely. A detailed digital receipt will be sent to you via email or text after payment.

Can you remove every stain?

We successfully remove most stains, but some permanent stains, dye transfer, burns, bleach damage, or material wear cannot be completely eliminated. We'll always let you know what results are realistically achievable before we begin.

Most odors can be significantly reduced or completely eliminated. However, severe odors caused by mold, long-term smoke exposure, or deep contamination may require multiple treatments.

Do I need to remove my personal belongings?

We recommend removing personal items before your appointment. If any belongins remain inside the vehicle, we'll carefully place them together during the detailing process.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain usually doesn't affect interior services. For exterior work, we'll contact you to reschedule if weather conditions prevent us from delivering the best results.

Yes. We work on vehicles in a wide range of conditions. Extremely dirty vehicles may require additional time and labor, which will be discussed before work begins.

What should I do before my appointment?

Please remove personal belongins and valuables from the vehicle. If possible, park it where we have enough space to work safely.
